It is our goal to provide fantastic customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
1. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.
2. Refunds/Exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of purchase.
3. Items will be returned at the buyers expense. We suggest you insure your return items, as we are only able to refund money once original items are in hand. We can not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
4. Refunds will be processed 3 business days after receipt of the original merchandise, minus shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
